I've spent four and a half years building Sayzio: one link that carries your page, your QR codes and your short links, with an AI that answers your visitors when you're busy. 375,000+ creators and businesses use it. Before Sayzio I taught MBA students and wrote business cases. That's still how I think about product, starting with the decision someone is actually trying to make.

What I'm building toward: tools that take the fiddly, repetitive parts of running a small business online and quietly handle them, so the person behind the brand gets their time back.
