Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Sayzio ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the Sayzio website, dashboard, APIs, mobile apps and related services (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully — by creating an account, clicking "I agree", or otherwise accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refunds Policy, Cookie Policy and GDPR Statement, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

1. Definitions

In these Terms: "Account" means the account you register to access the Service; "User Content" means any content you upload, publish, generate or transmit through the Service; "Published Pages" means the biolink pages, short links, QR codes and other public destinations you create; "Visitor" means an end user who interacts with your Published Pages; "Plan" means the free or paid subscription tier you select; and "Add-on" means any usage-based or optional feature purchased in addition to your Plan. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" and "your" refer to that entity. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from receiving the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for any actions taken by teammates or collaborators you invite. Notify us immediately at support@1in.me of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4. Description of the service

Sayzio is a link-management platform that lets you publish public profile pages (link-in-bio), shorten and brand URLs, generate dynamic QR codes, capture leads through forms, manage contacts, send broadcasts, view analytics and run related workflows. Features evolve over time and we may add, change, suspend or remove functionality at our discretion. Where a change materially reduces core functionality of a paid Plan, we will give reasonable prior notice inside the dashboard or by email.

5. Account security and responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your account. We strongly recommend enabling any available security features, such as two-factor authentication, and using a strong, unique password. You must not share your credentials, sell or transfer your account, or let anyone use the Service in a way that breaches these Terms. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law, regulation or third-party right; (b) host, link to or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing content; (c) publish sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content that promotes self-harm, terrorism or violence; (d) operate phishing, malware, scams, pyramid, Ponzi or unauthorised affiliate schemes; (e) send unsolicited bulk messages or spam through any channel; (f) infringe intellectual-property or publicity rights, or misappropriate another person's identity; (g) interfere with, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our infrastructure; (h) reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or circumvent rate limits or access controls; or (i) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation. We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

7. Your content and licence to us

You retain all ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as resizing, transcoding or formatting), publish, display and distribute your User Content solely as needed to operate, provide, secure, improve and promote the Service, and to comply with law. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content, and our use of it as permitted here, does not infringe or violate any third-party right. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of publishing it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Sayzio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted, and you must not remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

9. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential. Feedback is provided voluntarily and we are free to use it for any purpose.

10. API and developer terms

If you use our REST API, developer keys or webhooks, you must comply with the documentation and any published rate limits, allowances and metering rules. Developer API usage may be metered against your Plan allowance, with overage billed as described on the pricing page or from your coin wallet; where funds are insufficient, further metered calls may be declined. You must keep API keys secret, must not use the API to build a product that substantially replicates the Service, and must not exceed, evade or manipulate usage metering. We may throttle, suspend or revoke API access to protect the Service.

12. Free trials and promotional offers

We may from time to time offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, at the end of any trial your account will automatically convert to the relevant paid plan and the payment method on file will be charged. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed. Promotional offers are limited to one per customer, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless we say so.

13. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties and levies (including GST/VAT/sales tax) associated with your purchase, other than taxes based on our net income. Where we are required by law to collect such taxes, they will be added to your invoice based on your billing address, which you agree to keep accurate. If you are exempt from any tax, you must provide valid documentation before the charge.

14. Cancellation and downgrade

You can cancel or downgrade your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then and are not billed again. Downgrades may reduce limits and disable certain features immediately or at renewal, and may result in some content or features becoming inaccessible while your account is below the required tier. See the Refunds Policy for refund eligibility.

15. Third-party services and integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. payment processors, email providers, analytics, social networks, CRMs) and relies on cloud infrastructure and AI providers to deliver certain features. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions. You are responsible for the configuration of any integrations you enable and for complying with the third party's terms. See our Privacy Policy for data hosting and sub-processor details.

16. Beta and experimental features

We may offer features identified as beta, preview, early-access or experimental. These are provided "as is", may be changed or withdrawn at any time, may contain more errors than generally available features, and are excluded from any service commitments. Your use of beta features is at your own risk and any feedback is welcome under Section 9.

17. Service availability and support

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance and may impose reasonable technical limits. Support is provided through the channels described in your Plan and through support@1in.me. Unless a separate written service-level agreement applies to your account, the Service is provided without any uptime guarantee.

18. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that defects will be corrected, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purposes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, in which case those exclusions may not apply to you and you may have additional statutory rights that these Terms do not limit.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Sayzio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sayzio and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or privacy rights.

21. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security or integrity of the Service or other users. We will give reasonable notice where appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops, your Published Pages will no longer resolve, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retention schedule. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will survive.

22. Suspension for risk or abuse

We may temporarily suspend your account or specific Published Pages without prior notice where we reasonably believe there is a security risk, suspected fraud or abuse, a legal or regulatory requirement, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the Service or other users. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why and how to restore access. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund except as required by the Refunds Policy or applicable law.

23. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 24, the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence are not affected.

24. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@1in.me and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, except where mandatory law assigns jurisdiction to another court (such as your local consumer court). If you are a consumer or user in India, you may also raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer as described in Section 25.

25. Grievance Officer (India)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it (including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, complaints or grievances relating to the Service, your content or another user's content may be sent to our Grievance Officer at grievance@1in.me. Please include your name and contact details, a clear description of the grievance, and any supporting information (such as the URL of the content concerned). We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, or sooner where the law requires. The Grievance Officer can also be reached by post at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

26. Export controls and sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or on any list subject to applicable trade sanctions or export-control restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Service, and that you will not use the Service in violation of any export-control or sanctions laws.

27. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, government action, failures of the internet or third-party infrastructure, power outages, or denial-of-service attacks.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets, on notice to you. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

29. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision, and any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

30. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference (Privacy Policy, Refunds Policy, Cookie Policy and GDPR Statement) and any order or plan-specific terms you accept, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings on the subject.

31. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or inside the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

32. Notices

We may give you notices by email to the address on your account, by posting inside the dashboard, or through the Service. You must send legal notices to us at legal@1in.me or by post to Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Notices are deemed received when sent by email (absent a bounce), when posted in the dashboard, or on delivery when sent by post.

33. Contact us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact Sayzio by email at legal@1in.me (legal notices), support@1in.me (general and support enquiries), or through the contact page. Our registered office is: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
